At Serenity International, timber is processed through our in-house timber preparation facilities and government-registered sawmills before entering production. Finishing Processes
- After furniture components are assembled, every piece moves to the finishing stage. Surface preparation is carried out carefully to achieve a smooth finish and create the ideal base for staining, painting, or other custom finishes.

Export Packaging and Container Loading
- Before packing, every furniture piece undergoes a final quality inspection by our in-house quality team or an client authorized third-party inspection agency, ensuring the products are ready for export.
- Our packaging is designed to protect furniture during international transportation. Depending on the product, we use suitable protective materials, reinforced cartons, corner protection, and recyclable packaging materials wherever practical.
- We optimize packaging to provide maximum protection while using materials efficiently. This helps reduce shipping damage and ensures products arrive in excellent condition after long-distance transportation.
- Containers are stuffed at our manufacturing facility by our experienced loading team. Proper container planning and secure loading help maximize container space, minimize product movement during transit, and reduce handling before the shipment reaches the buyer’s warehouse.
